Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TaskFlow Queue ("Service"), operated by Hanamori Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TaskFlow Queue is a managed job queue platform. You submit HTTP callback jobs via our API; we store, schedule, and execute them with retries, priority support, and HMAC signing. The Service is provided on a subscription basis across Free, Pro, and Team tiers.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its code, documentation, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Job payloads and callback URLs are stored for the duration needed to process and retry jobs. Webhook delivery logs are retained for 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanamori Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanamori Labs, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
