TaskFlow Queue

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 21, 2026

1. Who We Are

TaskFlow Queue is operated by Hanamori Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you upgrade to a paid plan, billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data.

Job Data

When you submit jobs, we store the callback URL, payload, headers, scheduling parameters, and HMAC secret you provide. This data is used solely to execute and retry your jobs.

Webhook Delivery Logs

We log HTTP status codes, response bodies (truncated), and timestamps for each callback attempt. Logs are retained for 30 days.

Usage Data

We track API request counts for rate limiting and billing. We may collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, payment issues, security alerts).
  • To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Railway — infrastructure hosting.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.
  • Job data: retained for the duration needed to process and retry jobs, then automatically purged.
  • Webhook logs: retained for 30 days.
  • Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API keys, and isolated infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your data by viewing your dashboard or contacting us.
  • Delete your account and associated data from the dashboard.
  • Export your job data via the API.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
